Prepare the Mold
Lightly grease a 15cm mold with a small amount of cooking oil. This will help the fudge release easily after chilling.Melt the Chocolate
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a saucepan. Add the condensed milk. Cook Over Low Heat
Heat the mixture over low heat while stirring continuously. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture becomes smooth, glossy, and thick. Transfer to the Mold
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared mold. Spread the surface evenly using a spatula.Refrigerate
Place the mold in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.Slice and Serve
Remove the fudge from the mold and cut it into squares or bite-sized pieces. Serve chilled and enjoy.
