Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups (475ml) milk
  • cups (280g) self-raising flour

Method
 

  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the milk until well combined.
  2. Add the Flour

    Gradually add the self-raising flour while whisking continuously. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no large lumps.
  3. Heat the Pan

    Place a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
  4. Cook the Pancakes

    Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until bubbles begin to appear on the surface.
  5. Flip and Finish

    Flip the pancake and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
